ISO-Solutions was formed at the beginning of 2011 by Helen Cini and myself, Dr Sally Higgins. We are both based near Bath, UK and we aim to provide a high quality service in order for our customers to meet quality system international standard requirements. Together we have extensive knowledge in Microbiology and related technical disciplines and first- hand experience in assessing to accreditation standards.

Our experience includes laboratory quality system management, food testing, proficiency testing, medical & veterinary microbiology, food quality management systems and their certification and inspection. We can cover a wide range of disciplines but additionally have a number of contacts in related fields that we can put you in touch with if we are not able to help, so please feel free to ask.

The service we provide can range from assistance with specific areas through to full quality system involvement. Auditing, system continuous improvement advice and training are examples of other aspects that can be provided. In summary we provide a tailored service to meet your specific needs.

Lead auditor trained for ISO17025, EN45011, ISO 17020, ISO 17021.

Expertise includes, BRC/EFSIS certification, supplier auditing, quality systems auditing, HACCP guidance, Organics manufacturing, microbiological trouble shooting and hygiene audits.

Helen Cini MSc FIBMS CSci

Post graduate qualified Microbiologist with over 30 years experience.

Expertise covers medical, veterinary, food, water, environmental plus general pathology disciplines.

Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 17025, ISO 15189 and ISO 17043 standards.
